Standing above other Pikamoon species in more ways than one, Barkians are a race of sentient Pikamoons that have long inhabited Dreva.
As a small antiquitous subset of Pikamoons, the Barkians have adapted to all of Dreva’s elemental regions, whilst throughout the millennia of their existence, the species’ cultural tendencies have led to the development of several distinct societies, cultures, and beliefs, many of which aligning with one of the planet's sacred deities.
As of modern day Dreva, many Barkians live in peace, worshiping either Kayra or Nu Wa, while others, particularly those in residing wasteland or underground settings, seek to ignite humanity's extinction in devotion to Umbra. Alarmingly, these types of Barkians are notorious for their strength, resilience, and varying religious devotions, all of which reflecting the harsh environments and sacred beliefs that birthed them.
