Network and Servers
Pikamoon’s multiplayer architecture is being developed to support competitive and community-driven gameplay at scale. Each server instance can host up to 100 players per match, with flexible matchmaking options for solo runs or team configurations of two, three, or four players.
In turn, the infrastructure will allow for the creation of multiple lobbies (both public and private) to enable diverse match setups across different player groups.
To ensure a connected multiplayer experience, both lobby chat and in-game voice and text communication will be supported throughout each session.
