Types of Pikamoon NFTs

There are two main categories of Pikamoon NFTs:

1. Common NFTs are designed to be abundant, as there’s no upper limit on their quantity. This system allows for widespread accessibility to the game, whilst also ensuring that all players have the opportunity to acquire and use these NFTs within the game.

2. Rare NFTs have a fixed upper cap, making them significantly more valuable and sought after. This limited supply for Rare NFTs creates a sense of exclusivity around the assets, whilst also enhancing their desirability among players and collectors.

Rare NFTs are categorized into multiple tiers based on different rarities. Although there are plans to release multiple new collections and rarity tiers as the game expands, the initial tiers of rarity for Rare NFTs will be as follows:

• Uncommon

• Rare

• Epic

• Legendary (Exclusively for Presale investors)

• OG Limited Edition (Exclusively for Presale investors who haven’t sold a single token)

Although spread across different tiers of rarity, all Pikamoon NFT types (apart from Limited Edition) have the ability to be upgraded as players progress through the game. This is because through PIKA-facilitated transactions in the in-game Pikamoon Marketplace, or alternatively, via in-combat experiences, they can be strategically and permanently improved. In turn, this may have a bearing on their value on NFT marketplaces.

This system therefore presents an in-game Pikamoon economy that features a population of completely unique Pikamoon NFTs, each featuring an unreplicable set of qualities, abilities, and story of evolution.
